Haya Abaya is an online modest-fashion retailer serving customers in India and the United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us”, or “Haya Abaya” mean the operator of this website; references to “you” mean the person browsing or ordering from it.

All prices are shown in the currency of your selected region (INR for India, AED for the UAE) and are region-specific — a price shown for one region does not carry over to the other. We take reasonable care to display products, fabrics, and colors accurately, but slight variation between screen and garment is normal for dyed and woven textiles. Stock is confirmed only at the moment an order is placed; occasionally an item may sell out between browsing and checkout, in which case we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once your order is confirmed. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD); online card payment is shown at checkout as it becomes available in your region. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example where stock cannot be confirmed, the delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

All content on this site — including product photography, designs, text, and the Haya Abaya name and logo — belongs to Haya Abaya or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

If you submit a product review or other content, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you grant us permission to display it on this site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business or legal requirements. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
